Lovely loft suite, clean and comfortable. Great location, close to center but on a quiet street. Excellent wifi. Super close to shops and restaurants. Hotel supports Peruvian girls' education with bracelet sales. Quick check-in, helpful staff. Welcome tea and biscuits. Small yet cozy rooms with warm shower and heater. Adequate breakfast. Great value for money.
Can't think of anything.

the location was unbeatable - just two blocks away from the bustling Plaza and within easy reach of restaurants and attractions. Secondly, the staff were absolutely wonderful, always eager to help and provide excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with attention to detail like a beautiful balcony offering lovely views of the city. I also appreciated the herbal teas available in the room and the delicious breakfast provided every morning.
All in all, everything was absolutely fine during my stay.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay during our Easter vacation. The location was ideal, close to several attractions and easy to get around. We also loved the fact that they offered a buffet breakfast that had a wide variety of healthy and delicious options. the staff was amazing and always went above and beyond to accommodate us.
Although we enjoyed our stay, there was one thing that could have been better. The bathroom in our room was quite small, making it a bit challenging to move around comfortably.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - just a short walk to both the main square and the charming San Blas neighborhood. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and even allowed me to store my bags while I went on a trek. Lastly, the rooms were clean and cozy, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I particularly loved the beautiful balconies that offered stunning views of the surrounding area. As mentioned in one of the reviews, the attention to detail in providing amenities like free teas, coffees, hot chocolate, and water 24/7 was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was also delicious and energizing, setting me up for a day full of exploration. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were perfect!

This hotel had an ideal location, just a short walk to the main square and some excellent restaurants. the continental breakfast was a great start to the day and the WiFi was reliable. One of the most impressive things about this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They even offered us some complimentary refreshments upon our arrival.
The rooms were quite basic in terms of their size and amenities. There wasn't much space to put your toiletries in the small bathroom, and the shower wasn't as powerful as we would have liked.
